Fantastic news received from Nel Brothers. We congratulated this group of eager learners at our grower partner in the Northern Cape, Nel Brothers. A Computer Course for Middle Management was presented in October and we were so proud of the group for their participation and excited about the new opportunity for each participant.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT is one of our Waitrose Foundation four Key Focus Areas and training programmes like these are therefore very exciting for us as the workers are directly benefiting and getting opportunities to gain new skills.
