Partial Care Facilitators Training was held at the Devonvale Golf Estate outside Stellenbosch during the week of 10 - 13 May 2022. It was very well attended by a group of facilitators from the Western Cape, Northern Cape as well as Limpopo.
The focus of these four days of training included Capacity Building of partial care facilitators, the use of Software to enhance learning, action planning, visioning, and the pillars of after-school programmes. Time was also set aside for reflection as well as relationship building within the group.
Special thank you to our presenters Fernando Alfonica and Reinhardt Visser as well as Hilda Links (Waitrose Foundation's Manager Education and Training Support). We also had a visit from Sam Ludlow Taylor (Senior Manager Human Rights Programmes, John Lewis Partnership) who specially brought books for the group. She is pictured here with Hilda Links.
