We were delighted to hear the very positive feedback from participants, our team members in attendance as well as our service provider, Spieël Collective, about the 'Ontdek' / Discover programme that was presented to high school learners on a number of our partner farms. De Vlei and De Hoop farms in De Doorns went through this process.
This particular programme consists of 4 sessions of 2 hours each with Grade 6 to Grade 12 learners. The creative skills of learners are stimulated by using the mediums of drama, art and music during the sessions. The learners are encouraged to participate in a journey of discovery and communicate about their past, present and future, answering questions by revealing it through creative outlets.
