Our newly appointed Manager: Monitoring and Evaluation, Ishmael Lapahla, visited one of our Waitrose Foundation grower partners, Dennegeur Farms, in Grabouw. Ishmael spent time with Carina van Wyk, CEO of the Dennegeur Foundation, for a walk through of facilities and to familiarise himself with the various projects running on the farm, benefiting workers and their families. These include the partial care centre, clinic, sewing project, and training kitchen.
