Two back-to-back workshops were held at Tzaneen Country Lodge in the Limpopo Province in November. The workshops were facilitated by our service provider, Spieel Arts Collective, and attended by workers from Westfalia Fruit, FruitOne and Schoonbee. The attendees all hold middle management positions in the company. The impact of the training received therefore not only impacts them on a deeply personal level, but it reaches beyond the workshop days to the way in which they communicate with coworkers and how they manage everyone entrusted to them in their various responsibilities.
The Psychosocial Resilience workshop is a journey of personal discovery, using various creative expressions and storytelling to achieve desired outcomes. We are grateful for the exceptional skill, experience, and compassion of the Spieel team as they facilitate these very impactful workshops.
