The Reproductive Health training programme focused on empowering 125 women and girls with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to manage their reproductive health effectively. The training covered menstrual health, hygiene practices, and how to handle common reproductive challenges.
Participants learned about menstrual cycles, safe hygiene products—including menstrual cups—and ways to manage stress and physical discomfort. As a result, many reported greater confidence in discussing reproductive health with others, breaking stigmas, and supporting peers and younger girls. The course also promoted sustainable practices and encouraged self-care techniques for improved well-being.
